Days, weeks on Firefox ,then the bugg. let's go well! tests on internet explorer, since more prob. except The BUGG's due to the site itself!
maybe a test is needed?

Good evening everyone,

I sent an email to MadWin's customer service department. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard from them and all the madpoints I've earned are still not credited back to my account following the message "an error has occurred...".

How long does customer service take to answer our problem?

Do I have to send them an e-mail again?

Here is no customer service Box corresponds to my request so I will let you know my problem here

I had 1 999 000 000 so if I keep Play I should have reached the 2 000 000 or exceeded them but the 2 never appeared and I started again with the 1 can you do something?

"AN ERROR N° 29 OCCURRED - ERROR INTENRE CONTACT THE DEVELOPERS".
