Hello,

what a surprise today on CadovillageCadoVillage Impossible to Play because my address is considered incorrect, so it is correct.
DreamCentury seems to use a Google map API to check addresses, but google map doesn't know my address because I live in a small village, so my address is considered incorrect.

mentioned above, we are currently working on this bug which concerns some players.
We give all the necessary importance to this problem in order for everyone to be able to connect, but I would like to point out that it only concerns a few dozen players (out of several hundred thousand who connect every month...).
So there is no risk that "everyone is deserted", and it is even more useless to get angry or aggressive, this will not accelerate the work of our developers who do everything possible for you! Also, thank you for your patience!

Maybe I understand the reason for the how now. I can't connect anymore either since 12 days!
And I too live in a small lost village, and on top of that my house is quite recent.
But I don't understand the interest of this address validation, after all if we misenter the address and we don't receive our prize it's our problem, right?
And why then, does everything work on some sites and not on others?
It's beyond comprehension!

hello, my goddaughter lili1208 has the same problem, she can't get into her account because of her address (also a small village) .she has tried everything but in vain ... what should she do ? she has to Confirm her queues before tonight.... who can inform me? thanks in advance

Good evening!

I had the same case (only on MadWin). I simply "acted as if I had changed by deleting and rewriting the news" by checking that everything was correct. All fields were "green", I validated and I managed to access the site.
